Vodafone India — I have been receiving incorrect bills for same issue | |||||
I have a corporate plan and using 3 numbers under the same. Almost every month i receive incorrect bill with same the issue. I have free data usage, however, i am incorrectly charged for at-least one subscription Every time i have to write and escalate the issue, post which i am assured refund and resolution. Refund is passed for the incorrect amount, however, the issue is not resolved and do not think vodafone has required skill and systems to resolve simple issues. Kindly resolve at the earliest [protected] To keep it short and focusing to resolve at-least this issue, i am limiting myself only to one issue with providing details on..
