[Resolved] Vodafone India — Improper billing.. | |||
I own a blackberry with Vodafone number [protected]. I am a Vodafone subscriber since 2011. Presently under Vodafone Value 199 CUG plan Rs.199 *per month. I am enjoying itemized bill facility for last several years. I also receive my bills in my email registered with them in addition to the paper bill. Last month the Customer care Vodafone contacted me for Go Green option to avoid receiving the paper bill. To support the cause, i agreed. Thereafter, in the bill, i found an amount of Rs.50 has been charged for Itemized bill. After writing to their nodal officers and Corpcare, 7-8 times, i have received any clear and specific reply except parroting, the bills is in order. Also, i have cancelled 3G data plan 4 months back in this mobile. However, this time i have noticed in the bill amount has been charged for Mobile connect. The Blackberry instrument does not allow any access to data in the absence of data plan. For this too i have written 7-8 times with out receiving any specific reply. It creates lot of mental agony and customer dissatisfaction. i have been asked to pay for what i am not liable to pay. Request an action. Regards Kamalasekar b Was this information helpful? | |||
