Vodafone India — Inapropriate bill. False information shared by customer care personnel. Every cust. Care persone having different info. About companies policy | |||
I had a plan of 450 ₹ 2 gb 3G internet. It was exhausted before expiry so i got a call from vodafone company to change my plan to 650₹ unlimited internet, so i changed it to that. Now in the same month bill period bill shows 450₹ + 200 and something for changing the plan from 450 to 650, in the next month again i got a call from vodafone to continue the plan. I agreed. But now for this month the bill was 450₹+650₹+ taxes total more than 1200 ₹ for using jst 3.3 GB data from my unlimited pack. And when i called customer care, he again gave me false info. And told me that ur activated plan is of 450 and 650 plan was a booster pack. How can someone suppose for a person to start a booster pack from the day one of bill cycle. And why should i pay ₹ 1200 for using 3 gb internet when i can get 7 gb in the same money spent. This is ridiculous. Was this information helpful? | |||
