[Resolved] Vodafone India — Incomplete information & unnecessary hold | |||
I'eve done recharge on my prepaid simcard through credit card of Rs.110 at 11:09 pm on 16-april-2014 but I'eve not recieved Balance & didn't go message on my mobile. My prepaid no.is [protected] So I called customer care but first on. CCE told me it is wrong recharge After that he kept me on hold for 12minutes continuesly and disconnected my call. I just want that CCE out of the company And I also want from you to inform me on call send me the screenshot of his termination letter Plz do some quick action to improuve your service not to decrease Was this information helpful? | |||
