[Resolved] Vodafone India — incorrect billing and misinformation from representative | |||
I own a corporate number [protected] of Vodafone mumbai circle. On 4ht of July 2014 I received a call from a vodafone representative who was selling a new mentioned 899 plan 'specially' for this number. I clearly mentioned to the representative that I am in a CUG and I'm using the 'roam like home' facility (which enables me to avail Mumbai rates in rest of Maharashtra) and since these facilites are important for me I wouldn't want any change in plan. To this he promised that the roam like home and cug calling will remain active despite the change in the plan. I asked him twice if he is sure and after a lot of convincing from his side I agreed to try the plan on the conditions that I get the roam like home facility and the CUG calling. But to my shock I was charged roaming amount of 844 rs and my calls to another number in the CUG were charged. I have been calling and emailing the corporate team for more than 3 weeks but to no avail. It is a huge disappointment that Vodafone has fallen to such standards that they are committing wrong things just to sell their plans and even after realising the mistake they aren't taking any corrective measures.
