overcharged and that too above my credit limit. Their customer care representive never bother to call existing client rather trying to make new clients. I ported from Airter Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid and felt cheated from the fist month. Never opt for Vodafone Post paid, they will charge you GPRS bill which will give you hell of a shock. There seems to be no logic to me behind this increase.
I request you to kindly look into the issue and do needful.
I am a heart & brain stroke patioent leading a more or less retired life and all this has created lot of trauma & harassment to me .
if the situation does not improve then i wil like to put above mentioned number as well as my own number [protected] under portability to another service provider.
