Vodafone India — Internet reconnect problem | |||
Request for temporary deactivation of internet service was sent @ 0754 hrs. on[protected], Service stopped immediately. START for activation was sent on[protected] @ 0830 hrs., @ 1518, @ 1652, @ 2031, @ 2348 and on[protected] @ 0751, @ 1112, @ 1853 and on[protected] @ 0926 hrs. IST. On[protected] @ 1726 I visited Vodafonr store at Powai, Mumbai Token no. 222, Mr. Sankesh attended me, but he could NOT activate my internet services. Then I approached Mr. Amit, Manager, His response was totally unprofessional and RUDE. He simply walked away showing the timr and door. Request action, Customers will walk away if such Managers handle VODAFONE Stores. Please reply with your action taken report. Was this information helpful? | |||
