Vodafone India — Irrelevant charges of Download | |||
I am using Vodafone Postpaid services since 3years now and in Jan 2015 bill i see Rs.99 as download charges 'd2c_ndtv_valuepk_9'. I did not download any such packs ever. This is unacceptable and the customer care do not provid any information on the download server, IP address, etc. My relationship no. is 5.28420.00.00.100229 Bill no.
