[Resolved] Vodafone India — Loss of online recharge amount of rs 100 | |||
Hi, I am Joita Bhattacharjee, I have a prepaid number : [protected], which I have recharged online with rs 100, talktime rs 86, on 27/08/14 at 10:51 pm. I am highly disappointed with the fact that I haven't received the amount on my vodafone account, instead my account balance was low and outgoing was barred, due to which I had to face lots of harrasment. The amount of rs100 has been deducted from my debit card though, recharge successful sms also I have received, unfortunately I haven't received any talktime! I Have tried to state my problem over phone (198), but the service executives have tried to transfer call to their senior executive, which didn't happen and call has been hung up several time. Should I forget that I am supposed to receive a balance of rs 86 as talkime with my recharge being successful?? Or I will receive any communication from your end, I am not sure of.
