[Resolved] Vodafone India — Main balance Deduction

My main account balance is deducted even though i have active net pack and net balance when asked the customer care 5 times each time they provide different reasons and finally i have to lose my balance, in second incident i have unlimited 2g pack but when i activated 3g pack the 2g pack balance is gone, My Number is [protected]

They called me and provided 50% of balance which was deducted, Not Completely satisfied but somehow happy to get back some balance amount,

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
