[Resolved] Vodafone India — Messaging barred | |||||
Vodafone services sucks bog time.. I upgraded my sim to 4G sim today and was told that it will be activated within 2hrs. Post the activation of my sim I tried paying for my CC bills and other bills but I did not receive any OTP from the bank. So when I called Vodafone they said that once the activation of new sim the SMS service will be barred for 24hrs. I spoke to supervisor Salin Khan who said they cannot help me in this case though the problem is caused by the Vodafone representative who did not disclose this information prior to placing the request for activation of new Sim. Very easy way to get away..Really???? Is customer supposed to know all the undisclosed weird policies before hand??? Now when I'll be charged with a late fees from the bank am I responsible for it without a fault on my own?????? SIM NO.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
