Vodafone India — Misuse of my documents

Dear Sir/Madam [protected], I have been using this no. From last 8 year.I did MNP from reliance to Vodafone on 2009. I had supplied all the required documents to my nearest Vodafone Care. But they didn't submit my documents and used another person documents. Two days ago my sim card damaged due to some problem. Now I am unable to repalce my sim card, because sim card documents is not matching with me.

You can probably try MNP to some other provider with your document and after come back to vodafone with your own document. It's a small catch here ;)

I tried to do MNP to Airtel with my documents. But problem is that, I need to send one SMS from my old sim card, which got damaged and impossible to send message 😃😅
