[Resolved] Vodafone India — Mobile bill wrong after portability for the month which has been paid and wasting consumer time | |||
I had ported my number from voda to idea and it has been 2 months now. I am not able to understand how disorganised can be the management of a mnc Vodafone and lack of communication Among their employees unfortunately results in consumer headache... 1-i am aware of the fact that before porting to new connection one has to clear it's dues with the previous network provider and this was the reason due to which my portability was first declined by Vodafone... Then I paid all the dues and again made a porting request ( dues were paid as per the balance told by Vodafone) and then my porting request was accepted... 2- after approx more than 2months o[censored]sing idea connection, one of the disorganised and consumer harassing company which thought pays for the corporate social responsibility but behaving like irresponsible mails me and tell my bill is pending and my idea connection will be discontinued if I don't pay the bill 3- I had paid the idea bill also and is feeling in helpless situation as my profession is managed by my number... 4- in case the problem is not solved I will be blowing this issue to trai & consumers court & local authority and will be demanding for the compensation of mental pressure and torture for discontuing my number Siddharth chadha M-+91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
