Vodafone India — Mobile services suspended | |||
I made a MNP from Reliance to Vodaphone with my mobile number [protected]. I could make calls and used it for a few days after I received the verification call from Vodaphone. It is Postpaid connection. I received a message also from Vodaphone that I have been given Rs.500 credit limit. All of a sudden I found that there are no signals shown in my mobile. I thought the tower is not reaching. When it did not work for a day, I got a doubt that the instrument might be troubling and changed the mobile set and tested. The situation was same. I approached the Local Hindupur Vodaphone service center and they told me that the sim is ok but there is some problem with Vodaphone services to my mobile. Then they checked with the system and found that the mobile number is suspended without any reason mentioned. I do not know what to do and so approaching you for the immediate relief. All my bank dealings have come to a stand still because of it. I cannot be put to trouble by such one sided action without my prior knowledge. I am incurring heavy loss due to it. I may be forced to approach the courts if the situation continues further. Please restore my mobile number immediately and cooperate.
