[Resolved] Vodafone India — Money deducted but still not refunded | |||
Hi this is to inform you that on 2nd august 2016 i have made one online recharge from vodafone, of Rs 500..and it was not successful but money deducted from my bank account. The very next day i called at vodafone customer care number they told me that it will return bank within 7 days..still today i didn't get the refunded amount.. On monday again i called them, they told me to give me the transaction id, and the money will be returned within 1 day ..still today no one from Vodafone customer care called me or nor my money refund..
