Vodafone India — Money deducted for not downloading anything

My name is Augustin and my Vodafone mobile no is [protected]. Am using this no for past 4 years. There have been few recent instance where my internet data pack is active but money got deducted Rs.150/- from my account. This has happened 4th time. First two time after repeated follow ups with customer care, they stated amount deducted for download. Whereas there was no activity from my end. Finally they refunded the amount. Now again the same instance had happened. Am fed up calling the customer care as there is no direct no to address the complaint.This time too the customer care executive is giving the same download reason. I only use internet pack for browing the net and not for any downloads. Kindly look into this issue to resole this bug and refund my money. I would be more than happy to speak to some one to resolve this issue asap. Thanks. Augustin [protected]
