Dear Officer,
i would like to inform you that, i am facing network issue frequently and i have been complained but no solution so far . Just your guys will call on my mobile and they take some info and there after they will say that we will give solution asap.
For this month i have received the bill of 1250/- but i have not used, when i call to customer care they have answered me that if you wnt use we wnt bill it.. I agree but truly i am telling that i have not used it, how you are confident just because of your data, even i am also confident about that where i have the time frame save option .
So here i am mentioning the my mobile number where i am expecting solution on this regards.
