[Resolved] Vodafone India — MY BILLING ISSUE | |||
I AM BHARATH SEKARAN FROM CHENNAI REGION, MY VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] AND MY CURRENT BILL NUMBER IS [protected] (BILLING PERIOD 25.09.14 TO 24.10.14). I AM ACTUALLY USING SMARTPHONE PREMIUM 500 PLAN, THIS MONTH VODAFONE HAS CHARGED ME RS 7410.87 AS MY CYCLE BILL IN WHICH YOU HAVE CHARGED ME RS 6, 071.80 AS MY USAGE CHARGES. WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE 198 CUSTOMER CARE VODAFONE EMPOLYEE SAID I HAVE CONSUMED 3G FOR RS 6, 071.80 WHICH I CANT DIGEST THAT( HOW CAN A MAN USE 3G FOR RS 6, 071.80). I DID NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR RS 6, 071.80, IF YOU CHECK WITH MY PREVIOUS BILLS YOU CAN CALCULATE MY 3G USAGE. I DONT THINK THIS IS RIGHT ETHICK FROM VODAFONE. I CANT PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH I DIDNT REQUEST OR MAKE USE OF THAT. I NEED JUSTICE ON DEMAND AND I CANT AFFORD TO PAY RS 6, 071.80 AS MY 3G USAGE BILLS .PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.
