[Resolved] Vodafone India — National Roaming Rs 76 not working in my chennai sim

Dear Consumer Actually i am having chennai based sim card. Now recently I was moved to Karnataka. So that i recharged my mobile with national roaming plan Rs 76. but even incoming calls received, the amount has been deducted from my main balance. The plan is not applied to my number anyway. Kindly help me to resolve Regards [protected]

My request to vodafone is revoke my initiall balance and apply this plan for me. Now i have used the mobile in banagalore and hosur location. so that the plan has not been applied consumed my main account balance should be back to my account.
