Vodafone India — ndtv Rs.98 deduction | |||
I am a Vodafone customer from Bangalore. Vodafone has deducted a total amount of 98 for the stuff i never downloaded. The deduction are done for DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_49-NDTV of Rs. 49 adding to it DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 of another Rs.49. To my surprise i realized about this when i was unable to make an emergency call and balance found to be Rs. 0.06 . Vodafone team do know the gravity of the reported issue and refund the deducted Rs. 98. Was this information helpful? | |||
