Vodafone India — Negligence of Vodafone Agent in activating correct Data Plan and adamant stand by Appellate Office in remedial action

Dear Sirs, I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which the Appellate office of Vodafone India at Delhi has handled my complaint no.ID [protected]. They are not taking cognizance of the facts elucidated in my complaint and instead are adamant that what they have done is correct. I give below the facts of the case, which are as follows: 1. I had agreed to subscribe to the 375 plan as explained to me by Vodafone India specialised team member, one Mr. Mukesh at Delhi, co-ordinating for Snapdeal employees; 2. I had also chosen the number of my choice as discussed prior to subscribing; 3. I handed over all the necessary documents forthwith to him for activation of the number of my choice along with the plan, as also the money; 4. The plan which was in effect at the time was NOT activated by Vodafone, since the said specialised team member, Mr. Mukesh, due to his negligence, "forgot" to deposit my documents; 5. Despite repeated follow ups with him, for more than a week, finally I was forced to take a number which was NOT my choice and a Plan, viz., 399pm plan which was forced on to me, since during this time Vofafone India had suddenly decided to stop the 375 pm Plan; 6. On complaining to the Appellate Authority of Vodafone at Delhi, they replied stating that the correct plan is activated, and are adamant about their stance, despite the fact that I suffered due to the negligence of their employee. They are not taking cognizance of the fact that both the number and the Plan are NOT my choice and it is due the negligence your specialised team member that I have had to suffer this loss and harassment, more so because the money had already been paid. I am extremely disappointed in the stance taken by them, and it appears that they trust their specialised team who lies to them, rather than taking into cognizance their customer who has not only suffered a loss but has been subjected to harassment by them. I would request you to instruct them to activate the 375 pm plan, which is what I had chosen, and NOT the current plan which I was forced to take by your Mr Mukesh, due to his negligence, careless and disappointing service to me. Please not that I had NO OPTION but to take what he forced on me since I had already paid the money to him. I trust you will take note of my complaint and ensure remedial corrective action by Vodafone India by instructing them to activating the correct 375pm plan immediately under intimation to me.
