Hey, My Vodafone no. Is [protected].which I purchased before 10 days around for good net performance as heard from my friends. But after 2 days whesim connecmicromaxto my micromax dongle, it did connect net and after opening Google, it shows like no service. When I reinserted sim, it again did same thing. Than I called customers care they told me I have lodged your complaint and you will get a call by our experts in 2 hrs. I didn't get call till next day, I again called customers care than after evaluating in around 15 min the lady says ...sir, you need to call by alternate no. As your no. Is not forwarding to system supports. I told I use this single sim, should I buy a new sim for solve this problem. She told idk. You need to call by alternate no. Seriously I thought am I talking to some chinese mobile company or what...So Vodafone if you could do something in it ...good or I could just drop Vodafone and ll try some other networks Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
