Vodafone India — Network issue | |||
I've made a complain on 15th June from my Vodafone number stating that "I am getting very poor voice and data network at my residence. I am paying high rental amount and also paying 3G charges but I am not able to get even 2G speed. their call centre executive told me last week that they will solve my problem in one week. And today when I called to their call centre the executive told me that they have closed my complain. You can use the call record to verify. There are so many people who are facing the same problem from long time. Now if they can not solve the problem then at least inform us so that we can shift to another trustworthy cellular service provider. Also, are they going to revert my 3G bill which I am paying unnecessarily from last month." today i called them again and they said that they need 3-6 months more. Can you understand the situation that if someone is trying to call at home and the phone is not in network. And from last one month I need to stand in balcony if I want to use internet or want to call someone. This is not so good according to me. Please help.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am sending this mail again with the latest answer from your customer care/network team executives. according to them i should wait for next 3-6 months more to get network coverage.
Is it a reasonable amount of time they are asking for. Also they are asking for my help. just tell me how can i help you. should i go with you on site and help you to install towers over there.
please reply for my generic question " what will you do if i dont pay my bill for few months and will tell you that i will do this as soon as possible" i think in this case you will definitely disconnect my services.
but you dont react similarly in a vice versa condition when 100s of consumers are struggling with the network issue in the area and one of them is requesting you to take some action from last 3 months.
This is not a proper respond in my view. Please let me know what you can do and what you have done so far with my complaint.
