[Resolved] Vodafone India — No action taken on my request | |||
Hi, I have requested vodafone customercare to deactivate my postpaid number several times and no one is taking any action on it. I am currently out of india and i have submitted all the required documents to deactivate my account through online as well as sent documents to vodafone store but they are not taking any actions on this. My Email id is even wrongly registered at their end and sent mail through my right email id. Now i talked to customer care and now they are telling, next month' bill has been generated so i have to pay that. This is totally cheating with customer. They want to take money from customer doing fraud as it is their fault not to take action on right time. Please help me on this.
