My name is Mahesh. Number - [protected]. I recently recharged with a SMS pack For Sneding SMSes to customers. But When i tried to send the sms it showed sent from me but never reached the customers. i tried sending to my other number then also failed. only small messeges like hii, hello, how r u are getting delivered. but not the big ones. after contacting customer care, i got a reply like its your problem not ours. The receiving problem can be in one customers numbers. Not to the 1000s of all. But still not a proper answer i received from Customer Care.
