[Resolved] Vodafone India — no response for my balance deduction | |||
sir I done recharge 230. in customer care thy activated me 29₹ ratecatter 3times and 21₹ rate cutter 3times. But for 21rs two times alone recharge done for another 1time it not done but they tooked balance from me ₹150. If I ask customer showrrom and customer care thy not responding properly. I was very anger so I gave port request also but I like Vodafone so I wont change please cancell my port request also. Pls activate for me another 21₹ rate cutter orelse in my family all using vodfone sim only u going to loose valueable customers Was this information helpful? | |||
