Vodafone India — Gamifive service activated automatically and amount deducted was not reimbursed | |||
Yesterday (19th April 2016) at 5:55 pm, I got the following message from Vodafone stating that Rs.75 was deducted for gamifive service. "Hello! Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.75 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.xx.x.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).To visit the site click http://gamifive.mobivillage.in/siteasync" I didn't subscribe for this service and it was activated automatically. I contacted the customer service center and explained the issue. But the customer service rep declined to reimburse the amount stating that I would have activated the service unknowingly. Like I have mentioned above I didn't activate any service. Kindly provide relief from such acts from Vodafone asap and prevent them from forcing their services on their customers. Its is regular cheating by vodafone. Various services is activated in my account automatically.
Hi i am a regular customer of vodafone and i use ojnly vodafone as a service provider but yestoday my 75 rs were deducted all of a sudden against gamifive service which i hv nt activated i want my money to be refunded asap this is not fair at my side as you are chearing us by doing this. Please refund my money asap and your internet network is very weak and all of a sudden gets invisible . Please look into the matter asap. Many customers have launched their complain. Now is my turn. Since JIO has started your network MARO (die). I arm using your netwrk since the begining. But now i have to think again about your network to continue with it or accept JIO. If it is possible for you reply me as early as your convenience.
