Vodafone India — Non activation of SIM on conversion from Post paid to prepaid | |||
On 07 Jun 2015 at about 0600 PM I visited Vodafone store located at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi for conversion of my postpaid no [protected] and [protected] to prepaid. Customer care executive Namely Neha completed all formalities and after paying all the dues She gave me a new SIM informing that same will be activated in 24 hrs. However above SIM has not been activated so far. In the meantime I visited Vodafone store at Ansal Plaza on 4 occasion. I have lodged complaint with customer care on phone as well as send mail to Vodafone on at least 8 occasion including their appellate officer. My complaint ID was [protected].The last time I visited Vodafone stores at Ansal plaza the same executive informed me that above no has been permanently deactivated and if I need new connection then I have to apply afresh for new no.
