Dear Sir, this is yuvaraj Nadendla calling from Chitradurga, Karnataka, Sir this call is regarding about late reaction for the customers who will call to your call center, if we call 198 its a mandatory to wait for minimum 6-8 min(Y), nobody will interact with the customer, 2)your people don't have the knowledge to communicate for the customers what they want simply they will bypass their calls to others, 3)my number is [protected] & I am a post paid user everything will be monitored, I am quieting VODAFONE with sad memories, but legally i am claiming the case against this issue, please get ready for the discussions on the board at the earliest.
