Vodafone India — Offer activated but not credited

I am Prabakar from kanchipuram, Tamilnadu.my mobile number is [protected].I got a message from vodafone from[protected] that the message is (Recharge rs 59 and get full talktime + V2V 20p/min 4 hours amount will be credited .To activate dial *121*59#) i got this message from vodafone and i activate from my mobile by theway of *121*59# and also it activated msg is also came but the full talk time amount will not credied till the date. I make a call to customer care seven more times and i told my problem they answered many ways they toldme to recharge only EC 59 then only you got the full talktime i toldhimthen why you send msg toactivate *121*59# but not proper answer one person told it should be credited 2hours another told 24 hours but my problem is not sorted out.I also forward my message to 199. so kindly read my forwarded message to 199 and take my complaint and kindly credit the full talk time amount 59 ruppees into my account
