Vodafone India — online recharge unsuccessful | |||
Online recharge was done for mobile number[protected]Delhi NCR Vodafone). An amount of INR 250 was deducted from my HDFC account but recharge was unsuccessful. Its almost a week now but no reversal of INR 250 has been received into my account which implies that the fault is from Vodafone. This level of service cant be tolerated at any level and it should be rectified as soon as possible. Need to either block/remove the online website for recharge if not functioning properly.
