Vodafone India — OutGoing BARRED despite of making all payments | |||
I, Mukesh Syal have VODAFONE mobile number [protected]. My billing address is house no. 1065, Sector 15, Panchkula. Vodafone has barred my outgoings again ad again despite of making all bill payments on time. I have made payment of Rs.1187 against bill no. 72633983 dated[protected] via cheque no. 001641 of amounting Rs. 1930/- on 07-04-15. The cheque has been cleared on 11-04-15 and amount has been debited from my account. Vodafone has no record of this payment with them and they are barring my call again and again after showing and submitting them bank copy and cheque details at their office in sector 35, chandigarh. They are asking to deposit the amount again to start my outgoing. They are not ready to listen and check their accounts to confirm my payment in their account. Please help.
