Vodafone India — Overcharging of Bill due to Relationship Managers' fault and then further service disconnection

This is Misriya, a vodafone customer. Phone no is [protected]. Mail ID is misriya.k.[protected]@gmail.com I wish I would have never taken a Vodafone Postpaid plan in my life.. As visible from the attached screenshots, this is what happened to me. Please take necessary actions ASAP: On 11th Aug, I got a call from my relationship manager named Rajesh, asking whether I have any complaints with my vodafone post paid 99 corporate plan or not. Then I told him that my monthly bill amount is coming nearer to 2500 on an average, since I use STD calls largely and I want it to make to less than 1000. I asked his advice for any such plan, which can help me to reduce the bill amount. He suggested to take up a 666 RED plan, which will have 1500 (Local + STD) and 1.5GB 3G Data plan. He promised that, if i am going ahead with this plan, definitely my bill amount will come only below 1000. I asked him to do that plan for me. After this, I got a message saying that a complaint is logged with ID [protected]. Next month, I was eagerly waiting for my bill to see the lesser amount, but again i got it as around 2400 Rs. I was shocked and when i went through the bill, i found that instead of 666 plan, the plan in the bill is 1599. Called the Customer Care number immediately (333). The same person attended the call, since he is the relationship manager for this number. I explained him the problem and he assured me that this is the mistake from their side and they don't have to pay this much. After doing the deductions, he asked me to pay only 875 rupees out of 2400 Rs. I paid that amount via online. Complaint ID for this one is: [protected]. I asked him to send a confirmation message regarding the amount, but he refused saying that they cant send a message for this. After this, I started getting calls for not paying the full rent and I got about 20 calls to pay a due of 811 Rs. Whenever I got this call, I asked them to check my account and explained the same story and then they will disconnect the call saying 'Sorry Maam, mistake happened'. Since I got these calls frequently, again I called 333, to make sure that i am not missing anything and they assured that I have made my payment properly and I can ignore the bill payment related calls. After all these, Suddenly, on 11th of October, my SIM got disconnected and i was not able to avail any service. Since the SIM is not working, I did a Live Chat with a Customer care lady named Aaliya, as seen in the attachments through Vodafone Site's Live Chat option. This was on 24th of Oct, the complaint ID is [protected]. She assured me that the connection will be restored and my issue will be resolved with in 25th October evening. I shared my other number also to her([protected]), to make sure that proper communication is happening. I didn't get any updates till now. Still, my SIM is disconnected. In the middle of all these, I got a new bill for October, which again is 2035 rupees. This bill is also not correct, since they have added the previous month's remaining balance in this bill. I am seeing two types of rent in this. I owe an explanation for this one also. I am frustrated with the sort of service I am getting from vodafone customer care. It takes a lot of time to explain these problems to each and every customer care assistant and finally it results in nothing. Moreover, Please provide justice in calculating the bill with right amounts. I am ready to pay the right amount, But not ready to pay a false amount. My service is disconnected for the past 17 days. Its affecting my business. Please do the needful ASAP. Please also make sure that I am getting the rightly calculated bill for the upcoming months.
