Vodafone India — Paid bill remains outstanding

I changed my circle from Mumbai to Rajasthan and changed the plan. I paid outstanding amount 2552.00 on 13-Sep with transaction id D[protected]. Amounts shows still outstanding. I complained earlier on 07 Oct 2015 with reference no.[protected] but did got any resolution. Contacted vodafone store, they said since you changed the circle so amount is submitted in your new circle plan as a adv. I paid for outstanding and not for advance.
