Vodafone India — Phone got disconnected by employee Mistake | |||
This is to inform you that i have a Poor / unprofessional experience with Employee at Vodafone store . On 2nd Feb 2015 - I went to Vodafone store to get a New Nano Sim . I gave my Identification required for new sim With photograph . yesterday on 12th Feb i got a message from Vodafone that they have not received documents from my side . I again went to vodafone store yesterday and an employee told me that employee Mr Vikas Has not sumbitted the documents that i gave him on 2nd feb. My mobile number [protected] was disconnected from 12th Feb evening and is disconnected till now . It was Really Disappointed experience from vodafone . on the other hand Mr Vikas Took double amount from me than as prescribed by company . Ispite of charging double amount Mr vikas did not forwarded the documents to the company. All my Business calls were Missed just because of Mistake by Employee .
