Vodafone India — Pimpri store not allowing to switch to prepaid | |||
We went to Vodafone Pimpri Pune Store at 7.50 pm (store closing time 8 pm) Asked for the token, reply is token machine not working. Waited for 15 min, finally our number came. A tall, dark, fat guy giving N number of reasons to not switch to prepaid. Mentioned Inflated bill of Rs 1250 rs we need to pay if we switch now. When we didn't agreed, he told backend systems are down and it can't be done today. Asked why the store is open till 8 pm and backend goes down at 7.30, he told he has his child to take care at home. After arguing further, he asks us for Token which never exists in their store. Complaint to Manager Sai, he didnt helpes anyway..Tells to come next day at 10.00 am. Asked for the Complaint book, sorry we dont have. Cant't imagine Vodafone treats their Customers in such a way for simple request to get converted to prepaid Was this information helpful? | |||
