Vodafone Haryana Bawal location Mobile Bill Dispute It very upsetting and frustated to write u that i am very very frustated from the vodafone.Its one of the worst company and service i have ever experienced. 1. This is in relation to my vodafone bill for Jan of phone number [protected]. I have been charged roaming call forwarding.i am not responsible for paying vodafone if you give me services of other network in roaming.i should have been given services from vodafone in roaming that too in haryana faridabad.i have not selected other network in roaming. I had also kept my call forwarding disabled. i have been charged 48.60 rs for this.i should not be charged with this amount. 2. Other issue is related to internet .i have been charged 99 rs for visiting paid site.i have not visited any paid site.i was even not able to use my own 2 gb netpack. I am going not going to pay rs 48.60 + rs 99 = 147.60 rs. 3. Also i am facing heavy problem in network and internet surfing.i never been able to access 3G nd paying for 3G.i am not able to make calls at bawal location near industrial area near to Asahi India limited the place where i am staying. I am still using my airtel roaming number and it is only serving my purpose and not vodafone.pl resolve these issues. 4. Customer care persons are the most non sense people.they dont know how to talk with customer and talk with arrogance.i dont want to call your customer care now as they dont have sense of speaking.i have talked with gursaab, anish and sohan.all were talking like illetrate persons. They said that "you have to pay . there is no other option".They were saying that they know that Vodafone is not good in service but you have to pay.we cannot provide network all the times . so u have to pay for our contract with other operators in roaming". These are their words. How can they represent Vodafone if they dont know what to say. I want to less this amount from my bill as am not going to pay this extra amount.
