Hi, I am using vodafone from last 4 years. First time they changed my internet plan without asking me and sent me a bill with huge amount. My mobile number is [protected]. When I enquired and raise concern with vodafone customer care executive. He replied we are not responsible to change of plan. you got your bill according to your plan.
