Vodafone India — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND PROCEDURE | |||
On 20th of February 99 rupees got deducted from my vodafone prepaid number unnecessarily. The day after I visited the vodafone store located in my city and complained about it, they agreed that the deduction was unnecessary showing some app download and they have applied for the refund process and it will take 2 to 3 days time and it will be refunded. Thereafter I visited the store 6 to 7 times between 24th February and 7th march. Still had no response and they said the higher authority is not saying to revert. I think the response was solely due to the fact I dint shout once and was calm. So I called the vodafone customer care number and they said they cannot do because they refund reductions of only last 5 days. So I am middle of nowhere, 99 is not a big sum, but if this happens in future again they will not refund even after visiting the store regularly n reminding on daily basis. Action needs to be taken against such poor response and customer negligence . Please look into the matter as i got frustrated with such response and is not acceptable from such a big company.
