[Resolved] Vodafone India — Poor Customer Service by 111 Customer care executives in Kerala | |||
Dear Concern, I have been being behind Vodofone Kerala customer service (111) team to find solution.I had spoken to 4 executives to get reason for not releasing outgoing after payment.Finaly one lady executive told 700 rs balance needs to pay.After paying the amount still outgoing is not released and i went for roaming, now incoming calls are also deactivated.I tried to call post paid customer care but calls is connecting to prepaid and they are unable to connect to postpaid section.I never expected such a poor and untrained executive in Vodafone customer care.Still my complaint is not yet resolved and i want to cancel this connection.
