Vodafone India — Poor network coverage complaint not being served properly by Vodafone | |||
Hi, Area: Kharar, Punjab (Jhungian Road, Near Aman City) I recently shifted to a new area where the network range is just worst. I have complained about the bad network coverage to Vodafone for which the complaint number [protected] was generated. After the complaint, I received 2 calls from the Vodafone customer care in which they wanted to confirm if my complaint has been resolved, to which I replied and made it clear that it has NOT been resolved and the signal is as worst as it was before. Since then I received no call and update. It has been 20 days now and the signal is still worst. I have to go out of my flat on the road to receive/dial any call.
