Vodafone India — poor service provider

I had recharged with 95 3G Internet Pack but i am getting only 2G Internet, When i complaining to them, , , they are not giving the solution, and more over they blocked my customer care service..Iam staying in east delhi ..Some executives was telling that your area is congested 3G Network coverage. Either solve my problem soon or i will port this nUmber. [protected] kindly take attention.
