Vodafone India — Poor Voice quality and after porting made a payment but Vodafone Executive unable to find in their system. | |||||
Its really a pathetic and poor experience with Vodafone. After couple of ticket logged with Customer Care no one ready to resolve problem for poor voice quality. However, every month they billed me more than 1400/-, So I decided to move from Vodafone to other service provider. Now I am satisfied with bill and voice quality with new service provider. I didn't pay them last bill after porting. So with the help of Advocate Mr.Gore (Vashi) they sent me a notice to make a payment or else 18% charge per annum on outstanding. We are common people and don't want to interfere in court matters so I made a payment. Again next week Vodafone executive called to my wife number and asking about payment. So I confirmed Vodafone doesn't have ready infra Technically in India. So I request all Indian's to boycott such cheaters who doesn't have info to check their own infrastructure. I don't have faith anymore and not really interested to keep relation with Vodafone anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||||
