[Resolved] Vodafone India — Porting by giving false commitments | |
Complete Fraud! That's what Vodafone India is all about. You promised to maintain my 15 year old Airtel number's credit limit during porting and then gave me a 4, 000 credit limit. I have called on 198 to register this complaint multiple times. Every time I've had a 30 - 40 minute conversation and conveniently, just before the complaint number is generated, the call gets disconnected. Pathetic. Did not expect this from Vodafone!
Fraudsters. That's all I can say about you guys. I'm sending a copy of this complain to TRAI as well and will let Airtel know about my wonderful porting experience. Was this information helpful? | |

2 months have now elapsed. No change or response from Vodafone despite repeated complaints. They now even charge 50paise per minute if you call their customer service line for complaints.
I'm waiting for my 3 months to get over so I could move back to Airtel.
