Vodafone India — Prepaid converting

Dear Sir, i have convert my vodafone no. [protected] postpaid to prepaid. i have submited my document and all process done by me and he told me your no. is active in 24hrs maximum. but there i am waiting to last five days (21 march to till date) and its my personal no to use every where but the vodafone office of ghaziabad not take any action and only disturbed me when i am visit in vodafone office he telling me you take you postpaid no. but we dont know when you got your prepaid no. please help me and i need action because my no. is off to last five days.
