Vodafone India — Prepaid to post paid conversion and number portability

I was using the Vodafone prepaid connection having number [protected] - Circle . As Iam based out of Raipur - Chattisgargh I decided to do number portability to change the circle and convert into Post Paid plan . I visited Vodafone store in Raipur on and 11th August, completed entire formalities and paid Rs 250 as Security deposit . I was told that the procedure will take 7 working days and Hence I waited till 17th August . I visited the Vodafone store t on 18th and I was told by the executive that due to some technical issues the request need to re-submitted said that they have done it once again . I again visited the Vodafone center on 20th, Executive told me that this time they had resubmitted the application and will update the status after checking with Chennai Vodafone circle. However there was no response . I did complain to nodal and appellate authorities but the reply I got was that again I should visit the Vodafone raipur store . Ia m still kept in dark on what has happened, I would need answers for the following . When will be my Post Paid Sim activated ? What am I supposed to do now ?
