[Resolved] Vodafone India Pvt Ltd — Deactivating my internet pack worth RS 33 after dialing 1925 | |||
According to TRAI, I dialed 1925 and clicked on 2 to deactivate internet service. It did not deactivate my internet instead deactivated my internet pack for vodafone mobile no [protected]. You should deactivate my internet service. I activated it back again but my data pack of Rs 33 of 500 MB.I hardly used 25 MB. Now it is bugging me that I lost 475 MB for useless 1925 procedure of deactivation. It is my request to restore my internet pack, failing which I will stop using vodafone services. Dear subscriber, beware of vodafone, they charge you heavily for their data pack and then they try techniques to deactivate your internet pack, so that you recharge again and they loot Again. When you deactivate my internet service, you should intimate that your existing data pack will be deactivated in IVRS voice service. I would definitely not deactivate it. I lost 475 MB for your misguiding IVRS system. Do you think I will recharge again with vodafone after this malpractice?
