[Resolved] Vodafone India — Rate cutter issue from vodafone | |||||
Dear sir, I was activated my sim card from aircel network port to vodafone network portal at 03.02.2016. I have received a confirmation sms from vodafone care that is. (Dear customer you have activated tariff benefit successfully!! Enjoy local v2v calls @10 paise/min, local v2m & std [protected]@30p/min for 180 days. Daily 1st [protected]@75p/min.) But my tariff offer closed in 3 months, there is no confirmation sms not received from vodafone side. I have tried many times to customer care, but they are not responding me. I am very much worried from vodafone customer care handling mentally i am very much affected from vodafone customer care. I need full clarification from vodafone, there is any confirmation sms will not received from me then how to cut my rate cutter offer. Yesterday i called vodafone customer care, they told it is a technical issue from vodafone side, you are eligible for 180 days tariff offer, this offer valid to sep 2016 and then i raised a complaint for this issue. After 24 hours i have received a sms from vodafone, that is (Your complaint has been resolved) But still now this issue not resolved, again i called vodafone customer care, They not responding me. For your reference i have attached screen shot of the confirmation sms tariff offer and mobile number. Pls consider my complaint against vodafone customer care and resolve my problem. Regards, S.
