Dear This is to inform you that today at 07.18 A. M, I have recharged my account online with amount of Rs. 255, form the site https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/recharge-online.jsp, and immediately got message from HDFC bank at 07.18 A.M, that amount of Rs. 510 has been deducted form my account. Thereafter, I had a chat with customer care representative and they have informed me the following facts, details of discussion are as under for your reference; {alok}Please provide me the amount of Recharge with timings details {Madhuri}Sure Sir. {Madhuri}Sir, the first recharge was on[protected]:18:03 for Rs. 255 and the second recharge was on[protected]:45:26 for Rs. 255/- {alok}Thanks for the response for both transaction Vodafone have received the amount of Rs. 255/- seprately. Is it correct (Yes or no) {Madhuri} Yes Sir. In view of the above please clarify that is it possible to deduct the amount of Rs. 510 at 07.18 A.M, in which 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:18 AM and 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:45 AM. Request you to refund the amount otherwise I will take further course of Legal action in appropriate court of Law at your risk and cost.
