Vodafone India — Recharge amount not provided as assured and also poor response from customer care | |||||
I'm vodafone user for more than 3 years. But the services/offers are not as it was provided initially. I recharged rs.20 on 12th feb for offers of full talktime for 3 days. I got just rs.15. Also i'm charged even for blank calls. I called customer care, she assured me of refunding the amount and also providing complaint registered number but no response nor complaint registered number provided. They also had no courtesy of calling back. Anyways i don't wish to remain in vodafone anymore and will port very soon. The amount is small though but it is not the way to treat a customer. Neither good offers nor good service, no good network and very bad customer care assistance are all features of present vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
